Grove Beach Point Association (GBPA) is located in Westbrook, Connecticut.  GBPA is a Private Beach Association and  a special taxing district. The beach  entrance is at the intersection of Menunketesuck Road and Old Mail Trail. The entire Association boundaries are Boston Post Road on the North, the Menunketesuck River on the East, Long Island Sound on the South and the Grove Beach Terrace Association on the West.  There are approximately 150 properties within GBPA.
